Goa nightclub fire: Romeo Lane’s Vagator structure demolished; razed twice, rebuilt illegally both times

This marks the third partial demolition of the structure in six months, with the tourism department citing repeated unauthorized reconstruction despite previous actions and a Bombay High Court directive.
