Rahul Gandhi alleged that the government is being formed through 'vote chori' by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. He claimed they win elections through fraudulent means and urged voters to prevent vote theft at polling booths to ensure the INDIA bloc forms the next government in Bihar.
